Payments
We accept EFT or bank transfer. Payment must be made within 24 hours of job completion or it will be reported.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours before a clean is scheduled, if 24 hours notice is not provided then we reserve the right to withold the deposit fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the clean we will offer a re-clean free of charge or a partial 20% refund. We also offer a Bond back garauntee on all end of lease cleaning jobs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, if there are any issues we will reclean free of charge.
Booking Policy
We ask that all new customers pay a 50% security deposit fee on all new cleaning jobs, this payment must be made by 5 pm business day.
Worksafe Policy
Abuse, intimidation and threats will not be tolerated and service will be discontinued immediately.
